Getting Started
Visit the registration page and choose your participant type (IPA or Private Sector). Fill in your organization details and create an account. You'll receive a confirmation email to verify your registration.
IPAs (Investment Promotion Agencies) represent COMESA member states and can host meetings. Private Sector companies can request meetings with IPAs. Other participant types include Government Officials, Media, Observers, and Forum Staff.
The COMESA Investment Forum is scheduled for March 27, 2026, from 13:30 to 16:30.
Meetings
If you're a Private Sector company, go to Browse IPAs, select the IPA you want to meet, and click Request Meeting. Choose your preferred time slot and submit. The IPA will review your request and respond.
Each meeting is 30 minutes long. Meetings are scheduled in 30-minute slots throughout the forum day.
Yes, you can cancel a meeting request and submit a new one with a different time slot. Contact the other party if you need to reschedule an accepted meeting.
If declined, you can request a meeting at a different time or with a different IPA. Check the IPA's availability and try again.
IPAs
Go to Organization Profile to update your agency information, investment sectors, incentives, and contact details. This information is visible to Private Sector companies browsing IPAs.
Go to Meeting Requests to see all pending requests. Review the company details and accept or decline each request. Accepted meetings will appear in your schedule.
Your table number is assigned by the forum organizers and displayed in your Organization Profile. This is where Private Sector companies will meet with you during the forum.
Schedule
Click on My Schedule to see all your confirmed meetings for March 27, 2026. Meetings are displayed in chronological order with time, location, and participant details.
No, you can only see your own meetings. However, you can see which time slots are available when requesting or scheduling meetings.
Account
Go to your Profile Settings to update your personal information, contact details, and preferences. Changes are saved immediately.
Password management is handled through your Supabase account. Use the password reset feature if you forget your password.
Account deletion is available in your Profile Settings. Note that this action is irreversible and will remove all your data.
